Payment Policy
To reserve a spot on a Sattva Yoga Bali Retreat, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required. A confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address within 48 hours upon receipt of your deposit. Full payment (the balance) must be made within 30 days of the retreat start date.
If for some reason you can no longer make your retreat date, your deposit is transferrable to another retreat date within 6 months of your original retreat date with 30 days notice assuming there is a room available.
Prices are stated in USD and are listed as per person. Double Occupancy means that you will be sharing the room with another retreat guest or you can bring a friend/partner, rooms are fully equipped to cater for two single beds or one queen. Single Occupancy means you will have your own room with a queen size bed and private ensuite.
Retreat rates DO NOT include the cost of your flights, travel insurance or airport taxes. By agreeing to the retreat terms and conditions you agree to purchase adequate travel insurance that covers you for emergency medical, evacuation and trip cancellation and all the sporting activities listed. Some guests may be required to pay an arrival tax at Denpasar airport depending on which nationality passport you hold.
Travel Insurance
It is your responsibility to purchase adequate travel insurance for the duration of your Sattva Yoga Bali Retreat.
Passports, Visas and Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport with a minimum of 7 months validity on your passport, visa(s) if required and any other necessary documentation for any country visited in connection with a Sattva Yoga Bali Retreat
Retreat Cancellations
Guest Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 days or more before your retreat start date, you will be refunded the full retreat amount (minus your $500 booking fee).
Cancellation 60 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.
We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.
