Nicole Cain-Founder

E-RYT-200, E-RYT 500, Ayurvedic Health Educator,Lead Yoga Instructor for 200 hour YTT

Originally from California USA, Nicole's passion for travel, and adventure led her to make a dramatic decision to take a leave of absence from Nursing school in San Diego to follow her heart to do what made her feel the most alive; snowboarding. She had no idea that this simple decision would forever change the course of her life. She packed up her car and moved to Vail, Colorado. It is here that she was first introduced to Buddhist philosophy which ignited something in her to seek a deeper understanding of Self and cultivate a meditation practice. She continued her adventure traveling through Mexico and Europe when she realized she had been truly bitten by the travel bug.

She continued to follow her heart, changed her major to Spanish, and applied to study abroad in Chile. She went on to travel through South America following an inner calling to understand traditional medicine and shamanism which led her to explore Sacred plant medicine at an early age.  Her experiences which followed are what she feels to be the biggest catalyst to her awakening and yet also what would propel her on her own path of healing, on which she would eventually discover her dharma, or purpose as a teacher.

MEGAN WELZ

E-RYT-200, Lead Yoga Instructor for 200 Hour YTT

Graduating from Regis University in Denver, Colorado with a Bachelor’s of Science in Neuroscience and Exercise Science, Megan has an extensive background in anatomy, physiology, and exercise science. With that, she is known in yoga studios for creating well-thought out flows to open the body in the safest, most efficient, and most effective way. She excels in adjusting and teaching correct body positioning and body alignment during each class. Megan has incredible somatic knowledge, appropriate for any level of yoga experience, as well as an intuitive, flexible energy that makes every session exactly what you need.

Mark Hill

Anatomy Instructor for 200 Hour YTT

Originally from South Africa, Mark is a personal trainer and nutrition consultant who has has been in the health and fitness industry for ten years.  He has owned his own personal training and injury rehab studio in Durban, South Africa and has a slightly different outlook on fitness. To him, fitness is not about quick fixes, miracle pills, fitness challenges, bathroom selfies and beach body workouts.

Mark has helped clients of all ages and limitations reach their personal goals.

Katie Nesbitt (Joining our team in 2020)

E-RYT-500, Lead Yoga Instructor for 200 Hour YTT, Level 2 Reiki Practitioner and wellness Coach

Katie has always had a deep passion for health and understands how optimal wellness involves both the mind and body. Over the years, Katie has found that her yoga practice transformed not only her physical health, yet improved nearly all aspects of her life. Katie’s enthusiasm for yoga led her to complete a 200 hour-RYT teacher training under Najla Coury Barile, owner of Harmony Yoga. Through this training, Katie deepened her love and appreciation for yoga and immediately began teaching yoga to corporate employees, and the students at Harmony Yoga.

Anshu Singh

E-RYT 200, Breath facilitator: Lead Breath Facilitator for 200 Hour YTT

Anshu Singh is an International yoga teacher, breath work facilitator, intuitive energy healer mindfulness coach, mother of two and all round advocate for joyful healthy living, at present calling Bali her spiritual home. Being born in India and through exposure to her mother’s practice, yoga has been a part of her life since her childhood. Throughout her pursuit of ‘the American Dream,’ it was yoga that ultimately became the catalyst for her shift from corporate culture to spirituality.
